When I first came across the Mirror Photo Booth, I was completely in awe. It was seriously one of the coolest things I had ever seen. A mirror? That could take photos? What? Then I saw a video of it in action, and I thought, “I’ve got to have it.” I didn’t know how I was going to market it, how I was going to make a name for myself among all of the existing photo booth vendors already dominating the Bay Area market, or how I was going to transport it to and from events, but I knew I had to have it. So I got it! Once it arrived and I was able to really delve into the software, I was truly able to find out the extent of the features this mirror photo booth employs: From boomerang GIF and video recording, to green screen technology and digital background removal, to digital props, dynamic overlays, and the newest feature, Augmented Reality. It really is a masterpiece in design and functionality. With the help of the FotoMaster support team, I was up and running with the mirror booth within days and have not looked back since. This booth has been a game-changer.

Since acquiring our first mirror photo booth, our business has taken off from the ground running and is continuing to grow. Welcome to Magic Tymes!

My name is Candice and I am the owner of Magic Tymes Photo Booth Co. I am a mother of two boys (16 years and 3 1/2 years old). Prior to owning Magic Tymes, I worked exclusively in the legal field. I truly enjoyed my career, but always had the dream of owning my own business, but just didn’t know what I wanted to do and how to go about it. One day, my husband, Carlton, suggested that I look into photo booth rentals, as he had seen in his work as a caterer that photo booths are in high demand. Since I am a fun-loving person who loves being around people enjoying themselves, I thought that would be right up my alley. Up until now, however, I had only seen photo booths which I affectionately call an “iPad on a stick” and assumed that I could find something I could cheaply throw together using an iPad and we would be able to be up and running quickly and cheaply. However, a simple Google search changed everything. When I saw the mirror booth, I instantly fell in love. Not only was it beautiful, but the animations, the unique abilities it possesses, the customization and creative potential…I was in aw. I knew then that I could no longer settle for an iPad on a stick. I NEEDED a Magic Mirror. Thus, Magic Tymes was born!
